Love of animal prints:)

Hello hon!  its such a cool evening and am really enjoying it. Am glad to inform you that animal print never goes out of fashion. The problem about animal print isn’t about “should you” or “shouldn’t you” own it but how do you wear it.

What you should know

1. Wear a shade that complements your print
If you wear an animal print top, you can tone it down by wearing a single coloured bottom( skirt or trouser) in colour that blends well with your print.

Illustrated above is a classic leopard top toned down by a matte brown skirt with gold buttons complementing the gold shimmer in the top.

2. Don’t match animal print if it’s large
Matching colours and prints is very common in styling. However, choose only one large animal print and complement it with other non-animal pieces.

In the picture above  is a lady wearing  zebra print which she paired with non-animal patterned black tights and plain black heels.
A touch of the same print on your footwear only works when the black or white shade is dominant in the print.

3. Big animal prints make you look bigger
Big prints make you look bigger, so they are right for thin individuals who want to appear bigger than they really are. On the other hand, if you are already a dude or dudine on the bulky side, you should go for smaller prints. Also make sure that the clothes you wear, especially with this type of print, are very fitted.

4. Animal prints and colour clash
A refreshed way to wear animal print is to team it with dazzling colours. Now, not everybody has the courage to make use of this idea but it is something worth a try. The crucial need is to go for only one single vibrant colour.

Don’t be too rigid and timid to try out any of these ideas. Good luck
Your style ‘n’ you!!!
